Hello all! Happy Sunday!! And y'all know what that means... Pampering time with a fantastic DIY mask.
Today's mask involves 2 spices you'll usually find in pies and other other baked goods. Well today, it will go on our face. I'm pretty sure most of us, if not all, already owns this and it's just somewhere sittin' in the pantry. Now go grab 'em and get our mask on!
DIY Spice Mask
What You'll Need:
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nut meg
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

What To Do:
- In a clean bowl, mix all 3 ingredients together
* It should come out to a thick consistency

How To Use It:
- Slather the mask onto clean face
- Leave it on for about half an hour to 40 minutes
- Use fingers to massage the mask in circular motion to exfoliate
- Wipe clean first with a towel
- Rinse off with warm water

As it is well known, honey is an ingredient that shows up in a lot of DIY mask recipes because it acts as an anti-inflammatory, which reduces swellings, bloating and irritated skins. Nutmeg also provides the same properties while cinnamon fades acne scars and such. This is not to mention the grittiness of nutmeg and cinnamon will act as an exfoliant.
