Hello Tuesday all! How are ya'll doing? Hope you're all well. As for me, I started coughing up a storm last night... Out of no where. I thought I got over being sick, apparently not. Ugh!
Last week, I did a haul post from K-Mart; today, I want to go into detail on certain products from the haul. The chosen products for today are Jordana Powder Blush.
Jordana has 29 shades from their Powder Blush, 12 shades are new and only recently been released. All 29 shades are available for purchase on their site. I've only seen Jordana sold at Walgreens and K-Mart. Of all the Walgreens I've seen Jordana at, I do not believe they carry the Powder Blush. At the K-Mart I went to, they carry seven shades, most of them new. I was able to pick up five of the shades, Pink Beauty, Hot Raspberry, Blushing Rose, Apple Cheeks and Rose Silk.
Sold for $2.49 each, this blush is even cheaper than my favorite ELF Studio blushes, which are, by the way are sold for $3 each and Wet N Wild Color Icon Blushes for $2.99.
I have to say, these Jordana blushes have climbed the ladder and kicked ELF Studio and Wet N Wild down to second and third places. That is a bit much of a claim but it's the truth. These blushes are soooo smooth and creamy. It feels super nice between my fingers and the pigmentation is super intense. With just one dab of the brush you'll have enough for both cheeks, especially true for the brighter shades like Hot Raspberry and Apple Cheeks.
The reason why I feel that Wet N Wild is now second isn't because Jordana has them beat in the quality. I feel like both have the same smooth, creaminess feel to them. It's just that Wet N Wild only has four or five shades. Jordana has them beat with their huge shades selection. Just simply that.
As for ELF Stuido blushes, it's not quite on the same level as Wet N Wild and Jordana yet. Their blush formula is rather dry and bit flaky. I cannot just dab my brush in and expect to have enough for my cheeks. It takes many many dabs and swirls to pick up enough blush. ELF however, have a moderate selection with ten or twelve shades to choose from.
I highly recommend Jordana Powder Blush to anyone looking for a cheap yet pigmented blush, anyone looking for large variety of shades, any beginners who are getting into make up, just anyone looking for a trustworthy drug store blush.
Thank you for visiting and thanks for reading. :)
