Sunday Mask: DIY Peel Off Mask

Happy Sunday all! Hope you all had a great weekend. Who's ready for Monday?? :/ Neither am I. Haha.
Another mask recipe today, slightly different, but still very au naturel and DIY. If you haven't noticed, most if not all of my skincare posts are DIYs.
Usually, my recipes are for masks, a few scrubs but today, the first ever recipe on a peel off mask. Blackheads are a serious problem for me, especially on and around my nose and the area around my brows. For quick treatment, I usually use the Biore strips and from time to time, I'd use the Freeman Peel Off Mask. Hardly will I ever make my own peel off mask because in all honesty, they are just so time consuming and messy.
I came across this recipe about a few weeks ago and I have used this recipe every week since. I have seen results so that is why I am sharing it with y'all today.
Egg whites are packed with proteins and nourishment great for the body and for the skin. The egg white will lift and firms the skin, smooths out fine lines and wrinkles. If you ever applied just egg white onto your skin, you'd completely understand what I am talking about. The skin is firm yet soft and baby's bottom soft.
Alrighty, let's get our mask on!
egg white lemon juice
DIY PEEL OFF MASK
What You'll Need:
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- Tissue Paper(s)
- Brush (Optional)

What To Do:
- In a clean bowl, add the egg white and lemon juice
- Whisk it well
How To Use It:
- With a brush or clean fingers, apply the mask onto the face (you can apply this to problematic areas only or apply it to the whole face; I suggest working in small areas if you want to apply it to the entire face)
- Place the tissue paper onto the just applied mask and press gently
- Apply another coat of mask onto the tissue (this is why I suggested working in small areas, you need the tissue to adhere onto the mask)
- Leave on until the tissue is completely dried
- Gently peel the dried tissue to remove the blackheads as well
- Rinse with warm water and splash with cool water to close up the pores
- Pat to dry
And there ya have it, another very simple but worth while DIY skincare recipe. I hope y'all enjoyed and if you do give it a go, please do let me know how it went for you.
Please enjoy the rest of your day. Thank you for visiting and thanks for reading. Come back soon now!! :)
