Ahhh! I am sooo excited to finally write this post. It was a really fun project, I enjoyed observing my manicure. This green really makes me happy, but after looking at them for two weeks, I cannot wait to put on a new color.
Let's start with the fresh paint on Monday, February 17th. What you see here is the result of 2 coats with no top coat.
The results after one week, Monday, February 24th. Besides my nails growing and the manicure is lifted from the growth, manicure still looks fresh.
One week and a day later, Tuesday, February 25th. The tip of the nail started chipping, otherwise still in good shape.
One week and two days later, Wednesday, February 26th. It started chipping by the cuticle.
One week and three days later, Thursday, February 27th. You can see that once it starts to chip, that's the beginning of the end.
One Week and four days later, Friday, February 28th. I'm actually surprise that the tip isn't chipping as rapid.
One week and five days later, Saturday, March 1st. If it chips anymore from the bottom, I'll end up with a french tip.
I think I'll stop the update today. After a week and some plus days, I think we all can see what the results turn out to be. After one week, it started chipping; the rate rapidly increased soon after. You can tell the drastic difference between 1 week and one day and one week and two days. I think painting two coats is fairly normal for any nail lacquer, but not having a top coat over it, rarely any nail polish can last for almost two weeks. With their constant releases of new shades, their fair prices, widely available everywhere and long lasting formula, Sinful Colors have fast become one of my most favorable nail polish brand.
Bottom Line: I highly recommend Sinful Colors to anyone looking for an affordable, trustworthy drug store nail polish. I also highly recommend this shade for anyone looking for a green polish, although this is not exactly green, it's more of a dark teal with slight shimmer.
I hope you all enjoyed this post. I know I had a blast doing it. Enjoy your Saturdays guys. Thank you for reading. :)
