Today's Make Up: Current Go-To Make Up

Wednesday greetings my beautiful readers. :) I hope you are all doing well this Hump Day; just two more days guys... Two. More. Days. Can y'all tell I'm anticipating for the weekend? Haha. Just a bit. :P
Ran some quick errands today but didn't have much time to get ready in the AM... Okay.. not really, I lied. Haha. I had plenty of time, I woke up fairly early... I just couldn't get out of bed. LOL. When i finally did drag myself out of bed, I only had less than half an hour to get ready before going to pick up my aunt.
Desperate times calls for desperate measures! Kinda... This has been my go-to makeup as of late. On days where I just need to throw something on to look presentable or limit on time or both like today, this is the look I go for. Nothing too fancy but definitely very presentable and natural.

Always, always, always apply moisturizer before leaving the house, and never, never, never leave the house without some sort of SPF product on that face. So after I applied my Olay Complete moisturizer with SPF, I used a medium coverage concealer to certain problematic areas, like say, this biggo, ugly pimple on my forehead! Before I left the house though, I did mist my face with Avene Thermal Spring Water to lock in the moisture.
Because my makeup is so minimal, a strong, full brow is very necessary. I am blessed with a thick, abundant set so all I needed was to fill em in. Always use a light, light hand because then it will no longer look natural.
I started off by lining my eyes with a liquid liner, Wet N Wild Mega Last is my definite go to liquid liner that I trust and adore. For this particular look, I gave myself a slight cat eye by winging out the liner slightly. After that is dried, and only if it is completely dried, I would use a detailed brush to apply Luxury Reborn on my crease and bringing it down to my lower lash line, approximately two thirds way in. From the inner corner, I'd use the Jewel Light Under Eye Maker for the shimmery pinkness to open up my eyes. Just a little bit goes a long way honestly, applying too much would make the eyes look heavy and caked. For days like this, I do not curl my lashes nor apply mascara. I will however, generously coat my lower lashes with mascara to balance out the winged liner up top. When I only wear mascara for my bottom lashes, Maybelline Mega Plush is my go to mascara. This thing, in waterproof of course, has never failed me ONCE, regardless Summer or Winter.  Looove it.
Last but not least, finish off with the pouters. I always give my lips a good scrub with a soft bristle toothbrush to rid dead skin and to get the blood circulating for that fuller, plumper lips. Always use a moisturizing lip balm underneath any lip products; your lips are very delicate so take good care of them. Dry, cracked lips are anything but sexy, not to mention painful. So I applied two coats of Stainiac to the inner part of my top and bottom lips. Then when that is dried, I generously applied the Baby Lips Crystal all over my lips as I would with any other lip balm.

This is said makeup, with a different lip color. In this pic, I used Peri Pera Peri's Tint Water in Pink Juice and NYX Extra Creamy Round Lipstick in Narcissistic.
Thank you for visiting and thanks for reading. Y'all enjoy the rest of your night now. Please come back soon. :)
