Today's Make Up: Casual Friday

Quick post about my casual makeup today. Have been on the run all day but finally home for a bit then gotta go pick up my cousins. They'll be spending the weekend here... to play Axis & Allies. Yeah..

Fortunately, I have been able to get great sleep so my dark circles are very minimal. I used a light/medium coverage concealer especially for the eyes; I applied it under my eyes, on my orbital bone and what was left on my fingers, I applied directly on blemishes like acne scar. With my favorite Expert Face Brush, I buffed the Moist & Firm BB all over my face and set with a Translucent Powder to mattify. I used the bronzer from the Antigua compact to contour what I normally do and used the blush on the apple of my cheeks. I used Tiki to further bring dimension to my face by highlighting the high points like my forehead, cheekbone and bridge of nose.

I primed my eyes with my Eyelid Primer before packing Enchanted onto my lids with a flat eyeshadow brush. Again with the laziness today, so I used only one shadow. I applied Enchanted from the inner corner all the way to the outer corner, pulling it above my crease a little. I used a clean fluffy brush to clean up the edges a bit. I then went in with a liquid eyeliner to thinly lined my upper lash line, slightly winging it out at the end. I used Nude to rim my lower water line and Strawberry Milk to line my entire lower lash line. Last but not least, I gave my lashes a good curling before applying a generous coat of mascara to my top and bottom lashes.

The last thing on my to-do list is maintaining my lips midday so to get pretty lips without the effort, I first scrubbed and applied lip balm. I used a light pink lip tint, concentrating the product at the inner part of my lips. I gave my lips a few quick pop, pop before applying Merengue as a gloss.

Since I was in and out of the sun nearly all day, I wanted to lock in the hydration so I set everything with a quick mist of Avene.
