Today's Make Up: Thunderstormin' Thursday

Why hello, hello there my pretties and happy Thursday! A rather stormy Thursday here in the AZ, but that's fine, a great way to start the weekend for me. :P

Like yesterday, today's makeup is also waterproof and humid resistant.

Today's makeup look is kept to a bare minimum, whilst incorporating a lot of Fall trends. I never show the brow products I use, but today's look is all about the brows and lips.

I took more time than I usually would to shape and sculpt my brows today. One of the Fall trends this season are full brows. So that's what I'm sporting today.

I applied Champagne all over my lids to brighten up my eyes and add a little shimmer. Then I thinly lined my eyes with a gel liner, curled my lashes and applied mascara.

I first applied Dark Pink all over my lips as I would with a normal lip product, then I took Light Pink to the middle of my bottom lip only. This will give my lips a fuller effect.

Today's Make Up: Whimsical Pink

Hello, hello there my pretties. What a lovely Tuesday it is in Arizona. The weather forecast calls for a thunderstorm tomorrow and Thursday, with a 52% probability of rain today. The skies are seriously gorgeous today, overcast, dark clouds rolling in and a temperatures in the low-80s.  It is truly Fall here in the AZ. By the time Halloween comes around, the air will become a lot cooler. Simply, cannot wait. :D

I had my final check up with my doctor today. Good news all around, everything healed perfectly. I am no longer broken. Haha. After the appointment, I had a quick lunch date with my girl friends.

In honor of Pinktober, I kept my makeup as pinkish as possible. I went all out with hot pink on the eyes and pale pink on the lips.

Pink products on the face today includes, Milani Powder Eyeshadow in Shocking Pink, Essence Lipstick in Prom Night and to a certain extent the blush of Antigua.

On my eyes, I applied the Crystal Pearl Tear to the middle of my eyelid to bring some dimension to my eye makeup because all the pink can make it appear a little flat. I also sported intense cat eyes, just because. I think the hot pink and thick eyeliner goes well together.

Manicure Monday: Pink For The Cure #Pinktober

Hello Monday all! Hope y'all had a great weekend. One day down, four more to go until the weekend again. Haha. :P

As y'all may know, October is the National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we also call it Pinktober because pink is widely used and symbolizes breast cancer.

All of October, whenever I wear makeup, I would incorporate something pink in honor of Pinktober. By far, I was able to keep my words on that. Since today is Monday and I usually switch up my manicure today, I thought I would do 'em pink for the cause.

As women, I urge you guys to go get yourself checked, whether self exam at home or go get a mammogram done. Be aware of what could happen guys. Because...

Self exam yourself will only take a few minutes, but it could save your life.

Moving along, today's manicure is all about pinks, accent with a pink ribbon.

Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Diamond Shine Base & Top Coat

Pink Poppys is the slightly darker pink on my thumb while Forever Pink is the lighter of the pinks on the other three fingers. Each shade took one thick coat to get that result, including White On.

I used a medium sized dotting tool, dipped it in Forever Pink to create the pink ribbon.

Today's Make Up: Birthday Lunch With Friends

Hello Thursday all! One more day guys, just one more day until the weekend. D-1 until my 25th birthday. Gahhhh, happening too soon. I'm not quite sure how to feel about turning 25 yet. Haha.

Anyways, since tomorrow is my official birthday and I will be hanging out with the brother, my friends wanted to have lunch today. It was great seeing them happy again. We caught up during lunch and did some shopping together, like the good ol' times.

Keeping the makeup simple today with the fall trend of natural face and smoky brown eyes.

I've been into the whole mixing the Magic Lumi with a BB Cream to create a glowing natural look. Truly super gorgeous and natural looking.

I kept my eyes a light smoky brown since my lips will be a super vibrant pink. I have not used this palette in a while and I remembered why that is. I needed to use it wet in order for the shadows to show up, or being able to pick up at that. A damp brush does the trick.

Today's pop of pink comes from my blush by Jane Multi-Colored Cheek Powder and Rimmel Long Lasting Color Rush Balm Stain. Keeping it pink. Pink for the cure! #Pinktober

Today's Make Up: Pink for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Happy October 1st all! D-2 until I turn 25! Ahhhhhhhh!! Happening oh so soon, bittersweet feels... Such bittersweet feels.

October is also known as Pinktober and is named so because October is the National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The Pink Ribbon is the symbol of hope. Pink for the cure!

In honor of Pinktober, I decided to sport pink makeup for the first day of the month. Actually, I am thinking about sporting something pink whenever I wear makeup for the entire month. I'm not promising anything. Haha. But I'll try, for the cause. I know it's something minor but I also want to raise awareness in any way possible. So please join me if you'd like, it's for a good cause. :)
